2. Subscriptions & Flexibility
All client strategies are structured on periodic monthly or annual subscription plans. As our clients' flexibility is paramount, you can easily scale, request adjustments, pause, or request cancellation of your cycle with no hidden penalties.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon complete payment of the corresponding plan cycle billing, the full proprietary rights, website code, integrated scheduler architectures, and compiled AI video assets transfer entirely to your enterprise.
4. Liability & Scope Boundaries
While we employ leading technical frameworks and verified design templates to boost acquisition and trigger automation, Argana makes no standard monetary revenue guarantees given third-party market fluctuations and client-side follow-ups.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
